01 Customer portal
Give clients a place to look, not a reason to chase.
Status, files, and requests live in one login — so the team is not answering “where is this?” all day.
01 Custom Products
We design and build custom platforms, portals, and internal systems that replace spreadsheets, patchwork tools, and workarounds — so teams can move with less friction.
Purpose-built software. Not a template stretched to fit.
02What We Build
Each system is a set of modules — people, records, workflows, and connections — shaped around a real operation.
Multi-user products with accounts, permissions, and the core loop your customers pay to use.
A live view of the work: what is open, who owns it, and what needs a decision.
A place clients can log in, see progress, submit requests, and stop chasing updates over chat.
Software for the team — replacing the spreadsheet that became the operating system by accident.
Scheduling, confirmations, and records that stay in one place instead of living in inboxes.
When no existing product matches the process, we build the system the operation actually needs.
03Our Approach
Custom software fails when it starts with features. We start with how work actually moves through the business.
04Systems in Use
01 Customer portal
Status, files, and requests live in one login — so the team is not answering “where is this?” all day.
02 Operations dashboard
Owners, queues, and next actions on one screen — instead of a chain of spreadsheets and group chats.
03 Booking system
Slots, confirmations, and history stay attached to the customer — ready for the next visit, not lost in WhatsApp.
05Why Nexora
Custom products are built the other way around: the operation stays, the system fits.
We model the real process first — including the messy parts — so the product does not fight the team.
Every screen has a job: who is this for, what can they do, and what happens next.
Architecture, permissions, and data are designed to stay maintainable as the business grows.
You get a system you can run, extend, and understand — not a black box rented by the month.
Operation+ Architecture+ Product= Software that fits
06Questions
A website presents the business. A custom product is software people log into to do the work — portals, dashboards, booking, internal tools. If the need is a marketing site, that is a different service.
Sometimes yes. If a standard product already fits the operation, we will say so. Custom work is for processes that off-the-shelf tools force you to work around.
No. We start by mapping how the work happens today, then shape a first version around the highest-friction parts. A detailed spec can come later if the operation needs it.
It depends on users, workflows, integrations, and how much of the operation we are replacing. Some internal tools ship in weeks. Multi-role platforms take longer. We give a realistic range after the first working session.
Yes. Payments, messaging, calendars, and existing databases are common. We only connect what the workflow actually needs — not every tool in the stack for its own sake.
You do. The system is built for your operation. We can stay on for iteration and maintenance, but it is not a rented product you lose if you leave a vendor dashboard.
Most of this work is a web system that works on phones. If a native app is genuinely required, we will say so after understanding the users. We do not start there by default.
It depends on scope: number of roles, workflows, and integrations. We do not publish a single price because the systems are not the same. The first conversation is to understand the operation and outline a realistic range.
07Let’s Talk
Tell us where work gets stuck — spreadsheets, inboxes, tools that almost fit. We’ll help you work out whether a custom product is the right next step.
